How To Make It?
1 duplicate the main layer using (ctrl+j)
2 image_adjustment_desaturate
3 then duplicate the new layer (ctrl+j)
4 press (ctrl+i) to invert
5 mode_color dodge
6 filter_blur_gaussin blur
7 make the radius 20px
8 add the paper background
9 make fill 75%
10 make it multiply
11 write any thing you want
